Vegetarian – One Month Complete

Happy Tuesday Everyone! I hope you all are having a great last week of April. Can you believe we are already in May (well tomorrow)? I have been vegetarian for one whole month and it’s been interesting! I do feel slightly different in energy levels, but it has become increasingly easy to eat vegetarian – unless you go to Saltgrass Steakhouse haha. The only thing is that for May, I will be watching my calories and trying to log things in MyFitnessPal. I have definitely gotten a little fluffier 😊

On a sappy note, my great grandmother passed away yesterday and just hug your loved ones and tell them you love them. She lived a great life (104 years) but death always makes you re-think taking things and people for granted.
