Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte – Kinda

When Starbucks released their Pumpkin Spice Latte in August, I had just started Keto and needed an alternative. I couldn’t go the entire PSL season without a PSL. So I found one and added below. Enjoy!

I’m going to write out how to order it and then explain the details.

Venti Iced Coffee (you could get Grande, but I need the coffee)

  • No Classic (classic syrup that is automatically added)

  • 2 pumps of Pumpkin Sauce (sounds super weird but this is where the pumpkin flavor comes from)

  • 2 pumps skinny cinnamon dolce syrup (yes please!)

  • heavy cream (they add a splash)

  • pumpkin spice topping (the cinnamon stuff that goes on top)

Now I like I my coffee a little bitter, so if you need something a little sweeter I would add an extra pump of the cinnamon dolce. If you order a grande, ask for one less pump of pumpkin sauce.

Nutrition Information

Overall Calories: 195 Calories (Venti)
Fat: 11 grams
Protein: 1 gram
Carbs: 18.2 grams

I know what you’re thinking, that’s a lot of carbs. And it is 🙂 But the pumpkin sauce is what has the most sugar in it. I ask for 2 pumps so I can have more flavor but you can go with one. The pumpkin sauce is 7.6 grams of carbs per pump so you can do the math.

Still working on a hot alternative although I did find some Silk Pumpkin Spice Almond creamer at Target the other day and have been putting that in a venti blonde roast from Starbucks with some equal. DELICIOUS!
