To Run or Not To Run

Happy Saturday from Texas! Today is great weather outside, first weekend in a while for us. I plan on running today but I’m lacking motivation and letting nerves get in my way.

This is the first run since I hurt my knee and I am actually anxious about it. So I’m letting my fear (and probably some laziness) stand in my way. Motivation has always been a hard one for me to keep up – what are somethings you do to stay motivated?

I’ll post my dying picture once I run – because dangit, I’m gonna do it 🙂
